Chinese Railway Corporation and the Gansu Provincial Peoples Government shall submit the feasibility study report "on the new Lanzhou to the railway cooperation letter" (iron total system [2014]804 letter) received. Through the research, we reply as follows:

Three, investment estimation and fund sources and construction schedule

The construction period of 4.5 years.
